if I had superpowers would use to repair the mess left by the earthquake and so avoid leaving thousands of people on the street, shoot laser beams at people who do not respect the environment and littering, smoking, etc ...Also would you use to remove all the smog there daily in Santiago, would control the sea so small and quiet more adults could swim without worrying about drowning among other things and so I love to have superpowers.
