loyalty is always good because people in what is fixing more loyalty and trust of the people, be loyal is to be a good person, partner, friend, etc, but to be fair means that when you are fond of a person you will be and will aid in good and bad, to be fair is to defend and take care of your back with your friends, this means that whenever you feel bad, you will always have a friend to turn to, say individual siesta always will support you and take care of you is because it is a true and loyal friend.
